The First is always the hardest...

First post. Where do I begin? I'll start off with a little background, I guess. I have started this blog as a way to follow my recent diagnosis with cancer. I hope to maintain this site to provide a record of my symptoms for myself, as well as a way to keep friends and family updated on my progress. I would like for this to be detailed enough so that others going through the same process may benefit from my writing, and maybe get some advice from others who may stumble across it.

But you still have it in your heart to feel for their despeation, you are a good man Bradley. Well it has been a couple of days of therapy and I hope you are feeling the relief the doctors promsed you. I hope the HVAC guys came through for you, I know its hot down there. 6. Well its the start of another week. This is one more week closer to getting home! Maison and I went up to Rabun County for Jessie's bachlor party. The lake and surrounding country is absolutly beautiful. Thats where we are taking you fishing when you get home. I couldnt help thinking how much you would have loved those mountians, the air is sweet and hundred year old hemlocks and rododendrums (sp?) every where you look. You will love it up there.
Im glad you got to see your friends over the weekend, I know its a long trip from TN. I'm sure you guys had a good time. Well its back to the grind for all of us. Just keep up that fighting attitude, we all miss you and are always eager for news. So hang in there and know you guys are constant in our thoughts and prayers. Let me know what you need and I'll handle it!

  7. Hey man, sorry it took me so long to get another message to ya. School is keeping me busy, but I sure was glad to talk to you last night. You sound better than ever! I went to sleep feeling good for the first time scince you two left town. I am spending every spare thought and bit of brain power on thinking about Thursday. I know it will be good news, I just know it. I know its hard, waiting, on both of you, but just keep up with the positive. Pretty soon you will be at home and watching your grass grow. I just know it. Well you arent missing much, but we sure miss you guys. Hang in there keep fighting, and we will see you both home soon. We all miss you two, and believe in you. Dont forget to hug Marissa for me.
    love, positive vibes, and prayers-n8

  8. Hello, I don't know you but I wanted to send thoughts and prayers to you and your wife. My step daughter, Ryan, attends GSU with one of your relatives and told me of you and how you have entered into the trial of your life. I've seen my family and friends suffer from Cancer and my heart always goes out to new people that are diagnosed and are fighting. You have a wonderful attitude and I know you will win this battle. You both are in my thoughts and prayers and I wish you every peace and comfort you may find.
    God Bless!
